Kelly Rackstraw
Director and Licensed Real Estate Settlement Agent

Kelly Rackstraw is a Licensed Real Estate Settlement Agent, and the Director of Oceanfront Conveyancing. Kelly has successfully owned and operated Oceanfront Conveyancing since 2005.

Kelly’s many decades of experience, compassion for her clients, business management and strong work ethic is combined with her unwavering ability to work tirelessly to ensure her clients settlements occur – on time!

“My husband is a well-respected Submariner for the Australian Navy, and we have excitable twin daughters Emily and Jade. We have always lived near the ocean, therefore, Secret Harbour and surrounds proved to be a natural progression when we moved from the northern suburbs in 2008, the beautiful trees, rolling greens, community spirit and stunning coastline is mesmerising!

I am very proud of my accomplishments with my business and the service I provide. I am also very proud of the fact that I am not affiliated with any other company, providing reassurance to my clients that the referrals I obtain are due to the quality service I provide. I am 100% independent which allows me to protect my client’s rights and responsibilities without fear of conflict of interest. My clients will always come first and foremost. It is for this reason that I have repeat clientele from all over the world and complete settlements across Western Australia. Even after more than two decades in this industry, I still get an absolute thrill out of completing my client’s settlements!

I am an avid member of the Australia Institute of Conveyancers and I continuously strive to improve my services, my knowledge and my skill set to provide my clients with all available platforms and experience. Our clients have the reassurance we will do everything within our power to protect their hard-earned money – we will only confirm account details by phone, hard copy, or secure portal, as emails are not a secure source for any individual nor company. HEIDI TAYLOR

Heidi is often the first person you will speak to when you phone our office and has been a proactive and highly organised member of our hardworking team since October 2022. Heidi has an impeccable eye for detail, highly skilled with contracts and documents due to her dynamic experience in various fields of real estate and settlements. Heidi prepares client documents, and is incredibly efficient in file processing. Well aware how important it is to meet deadlines, Heidi ensures all documentation is prepared, signed and returned, in time for unconditional status so all clients are well prepared in time for settlement.

Here is a little more about Heidi;
“I completed my conveyancing certificate in 2004, just before the twins arrived!! In 2010, I returned to part time work as a Contracts Administrator for Lendlease Retirement Villages, and during my time there, also achieved my Real Estate Sales Registration. In 2021 I decided to return to settlements, and currently undertaking the Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing with the AICWA. Now all the kids are independent, I enjoy living semi-rural, spoiling my grand-daughters and riding pillion on the back of hubby’s Harley.”

RACHELLE CASE
Administration Officer

Rachelle Case has been a delightful addition to Oceanfront Conveyancing since early 2022 in an administrative position. Rachelle has been a Secret Harbour local for over two decades. Originating from the UK with experience from Criminal and Family Law to Real Estate, and close bonds with the community, Rachelle has a heart of gold, nurturing and understanding, she has real empathy for our clients who are undertaking what is likely the most stressful part of their life. Rachelle has three growing sons, all successful in their own right and passionate about their favourite sports, including football and cricket. Rachelle’s, husband Andy, is a highly sought after and reputable local painter; Surfside Painting. Rachelle starts her day early, often with a spin cycle class at her favourite local gym, Fine Tune Fitness Secret Harbour.
