Kelly Rackstraw
Director and Licensed Real Estate Settlement Agent

Kelly Rackstraw is a Licensed Real Estate Settlement Agent, and the Director of Oceanfront Conveyancing. Kelly has successfully owned and operated Oceanfront Conveyancing since 2005.

Kelly’s many decades of experience, compassion for her clients, business management and strong work ethic is combined with her unwavering ability to work tirelessly to ensure her clients settlements occur – on time!

“My husband is a well-respected Submariner for the Australian Navy, and we have excitable twin daughters Emily and Jade. We have always lived near the ocean, therefore, Secret Harbour and surrounds proved to be a natural progression when we moved from the northern suburbs in 2008, the beautiful trees, rolling greens, community spirit and stunning coastline is mesmerising!

I am very proud of my accomplishments with my business and the service I provide. I am also very proud of the fact that I am not affiliated with any other company, providing reassurance to my clients that the referrals I obtain are due to the quality service I provide. I am 100% independent which allows me to protect my client’s rights and responsibilities without fear of conflict of interest. My clients will always come first and foremost. RACHELLE CASE
Administration Officer

Rachelle Case has been a delightful addition to Oceanfront Conveyancing since early 2022 in an administrative position. Rachelle has been a Secret Harbour local for over two decades. Originating from the UK with experience from Criminal and Family Law to Real Estate, and close bonds with the community, Rachelle has a heart of gold, nurturing and understanding, she has real empathy for our clients who are undertaking what is likely the most stressful part of their life. Rachelle has three growing sons, all successful in their own right and passionate about their favourite sports, including football and cricket. Rachelle’s, husband Andy, is a highly sought after and reputable local painter; Surfside Painting. Rachelle starts her day early, often with a spin cycle class at her favourite local gym, Fine Tune Fitness Secret Harbour.

Melissa Tingey
Settlement Support Officer

Melissa is our Settlement Support Officer, with experience ranging from Administration, Business Management, to predominantly, Conveyancing Support to the Licensee. Melissa is always willing to help and is highly experienced in contractual obligations, compliance, meeting regulations and ensuring all documentation is in order in readiness for settlement. Melissa is responsible for reviewing and managing files during the unconditional component of your settlement.
